What do I need to prepare for the online event?

  • A computer with Google Chrome installed, a web camera, speakers, and a microphone
    • Note: you must use Google Chrome to join the event
  • A headshot of you for your virtual business card measuring 520 pixels by 520 pixels

I cannot find my invitation. What do I do?

Please send an email to Justin Russell jrussell@artba.org or Krystal Taylor ktaylor@artba.org to request your invitation be resent.

What do I do if other attendees cannot see or hear me?

You will be able to see and speak with attendees at your table (as long as cameras and microphones are enabled) and you can hop to any table with an open seat. Check to make sure you have granted remo.co permissions to access your camera and microphone. This must be done manually. If remo.co does have access to your hardware and you are still having issues, try refreshing your browser tab. If the issue persists try restarting your browser or computer. Please contact Markus Proctor mproctor@artba.org for any questions.

How do I reset my password?

Where is the event agenda?

The agenda is found on the convention website https://artbanationalconvention.org. During the session, the agenda can also be accessed by clicking the calendar icon in the top-right corner of the title bar.
